PAJ Accountants has a Companies House Credit Account and is authorised to form your company online.
Please let us know if you are thinking of forming a company, we can send information electronically to Companies House and in most cases have your company formed within four hours.
Unlike a typical formation agent, with your company we can also:
- Register for corporation tax,
- Advise on forming a dormant company
- Selecting a suitable year end date,
- Register for VAT,
- Register for PAYE, if you intend to become an employer
- Liaise with the bank regarding opening a company bank account
Our fees for forming your company together with support through the initial registration start from £150.00.
We will be on hand to provide advice tailored to your needs as the company develops, regarding its share capital and registered office.
